mxHero Email Toolbox

A few weeks ago, I blogged about Signals, an app that notifies you whenever your recipients open your emails. Now, what if I told you that I found a Chrome extension for Gmail that offers many more features?

mxHero Email Toolbox allows you to:

  • Send self-destructing emails. These will become unavailable within five minutes of your recipients reading them.
  • Schedule messages for later delivery.
  • Remove attachment size limits for recipients.
  • Schedule notifications for unread messages.
  • Be reminded of important received emails. They will be returned to your attention at the time you have selected.
  • Track the number of clicks on attachments and links.
  • Contact a group of people without using the BCC field.

mxHero Email Toolbox is super easy to use. Install the extension and you are set.

mxHero Email Toolbox works with all devices (desktops, tablets, and smartphones) and is free for Gmail accounts. For other email providers (MS Exchange, Zimbra, and domain name servers), a monthly fee is required.

You will find more information on mxHero Email Toolbox at http://toolbox.mxhero.com/.

    Self destructing emails?

Reminds me of Mission Impossible ;)

I don’t send that many emails, at least not now. So, the tool is basically for me, for now. I have installed it anyways, as it will be useful in future (after I launch my blog).

Anyways, thank you for the share, Cendrine!
