One of the best ways to win at social media is to use humor and make fun of your own quirks. Humor shows not only that you are human, but also that you pay attention to what people say about you and your brand.
Today being April Fools’ Day, I decided to keep a close watch on some big companies to see what they would come up with. Google emerged as the clear winner with close to 10 pranks. However, Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft made their own marks with some very funny announcements.
