You love roundups. You have told me so countless times in emails and on social networks. Hence, this new series.
Once a month, I will highlight a list five tools / services that I have tested and/or think deserve attention.
For September, let me introduce you to:
- Keyword Tool
Need to turn a SlideShare presentation into a GIF? GifDeck to the rescue.
Just paste the link in the box, click “submit” and the result will appear underneath.
Here is an example with my latest presentation:
Keyword Tool uses Google Autocomplete to surface relevant long-tail keywords in the language of your choice. Results are displayed in alphabetical order and can be exported.
There is also a separate section for YouTube…
MetaGlossary scours the Internet in search of current definitions of words, phrases and acronyms. Results are organized by usage and topic. The site also suggests keywords and related terms.
The other day, I was looking for a tool that would allow me to monitor my feed, and specific Instagram hashtags / users from one convenient spot. Picdeck popped up right away in search results.
The design of Picdeck is reminiscent of TweetDeck’s and you can add as many columns as you want. When you click on an item, you will land on its dedicated page on Instagram.
Splash allows you to build custom pages for your events, send invitations, track RSVPs, manage tickets, connect your social networks, and collaborate in the “cloud” with a team of co-planners.
Now, it’s your turn to speak! Do you know a tool or service that you think would fit in my next monthly roundup? Feel free to leave a link in the comment section below or contact me directly. I will have a look for potential inclusion.
