You may recognize the name of Alicia Rodriguez from the great post on visual recruiting that she recently contributed to the blog.
Alicia and I met about a year ago on Twitter. We got along very quickly, probably because of our European backgrounds. She lives in Spain and I originally hail from France.
There are two platforms where Alicia shines: Twitter and LinkedIn. She is very active on both. And her dedication to Twitter chats is unique.
That’s why I wanted her to share her tips and advice on the topic with the #smslantchat community.
Here are the questions I asked:
- Why would a small business owner or solo-preneur want to be a guest of a Twitter chat?
- Should a brand have its own Twitter chat?
- What are your top tips for hosting a successful chat?
- There are also things to avoid. Share a few with us.
- What benefits have Twitter chats brought to you?
- Could you recommend two or three third-party tools for Twitter chats?
- What are your favorite Twitter chats and why?
