Like gplus.to, plus.ly allows you to claim your vanity URL for your Google+ profile.
First, log into Google+ and visit your profile. Look at the URL in the address bar. It should look like this: https://plus.google.com/110440303992954116389. Copy the string of numbers, it’s your ID.
Now, visit www.plus.ly, choose a username, paste your ID in the box, and click the “Claim my Username” button. Et voilà!
